Do lenders pay to rank higher?
No — and they never will. Lenders are ranked purely on how well their guidelines fit your scenario and their real response performance. Placement is not a product we sell. That’s the whole point.
Is the free plan actually usable?
Yes. Brokers can save and run five distinct scenarios and see the name of every lender that matches each one; lenders can receive and manage opportunities. Pro adds the fit ranking, the reasoning behind each match, lender contact details, unlimited searches, and a personalized Daily Brief.
Is Lender Pro paid placement?
No. Lender Pro improves the lender workspace, prioritization, and operational intelligence. It never changes where a lender appears in broker search results.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation stops the next renewal and Pro remains active through the paid period already granted. Refund requests are reviewed by the LenderCap team.
What’s coming to Pro next?
Additional intelligence and workflow tools are in development. They will be added to Pro only after they are complete and reliable.
